I am a highly creative ELT professional with a proven track record in leading teams to create and deliver innovative, well-conceptualized products that customers will love. With over 25 years in the field of global education as a teacher, teacher trainer, curriculum developer and educational publisher, I have a deep knowledge of ELT markets across the world and relish the challenge of conceptualizing new projects that will inspire and encourage teachers and delight their students.

I have managed end-to-end publishing of more than 30 multi-level titles for children and teens including print and digital products, created and managed large project budgets, and established and led successful editorial teams both directly and remotely. I have worked extensively on large-scale project implementations, including publishing and launching products into the public and private sector in Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa. I have also authored best-selling ELT titles for K-12.

I have a reputation for being meticulous in my attention to detail, for carefully considering the commercial viability of projects alongside the pedagogical approach and, above all, for my empathy with the end user. I believe in injecting humour and fun into every project I produce as that is when learning happens.
